Instead of making multiple topics for single weapons, I decided to make this. Currently I need price checks on the following:

Vampiric Elonian Daggers of Warding
Dmg. 7-17 (req. 13)
Life Stealing 3/1
Armor +7% vs. Elemental
Dmg. +15% while in a stance

Scepter of the Forgotten of Memory
Dmg 11-22 (req. 13)
19% chance to halve energy storage skills
Dmg +14% while health is above 50%

My main concern with these two is they require some seriously high skill mastery to be used effectively. With the dagger would I be better off salvaging the tang? Also, with the Scepter, even though it has a name, is it NPC food?

Salvage/merchant

Never make more then 1 thread at any one time. You're only allowed 1 active thread in each sub section in Ventari's. Read the rules before the mods catch ya
